Tanzanian are getting trouble when want establish entrepreneurial business, some have capital they didn’t know where to invest. Here are 17 entrepreneurship opportunities.
1.      Printing industry
Printing industry is growing now days due to the Information development as forces much information to be published like advertisements, posters, calendars, banners, books etc.

2.      Stationeries
Increase of schools and colleges are good indicator that stationery demands increase for learners and education institutions.

One of the Tanzanian girls and women daily demands is fashions and beauty, so Boutique and saloon services are best business especially in urban areas.

Cultivation of vegetables, onions, tomatoes etc all are consumed daily in families, cafeteria and hotels.

·         Establishing Private secondary schools as the community lost hope towards government schools performance.
·         Private nursery schools and English medium primary Schools are marketable as government policy which is on swahili medium primary schools. People especially rich people prefer English medium schools.

Investment capital for education depends on the type of institution, some need small capital like nursery school, Tuition centers.
8.      Entrepreneurship seminars
Providing seminars for entrepreneurship skills, teaching opportunities as well as practical activities on Soap making, food processing etc
Payments for seminars nowadays are minimum of 10000Tshs. So to have at least two seminars per month with at least 100 attendances will make 1,000,000Tshs

9.      Soap making industry
Soap is one of the daily needs, so its market is growing as population increase. It’s simple to make soaps. For example Southern Highlands regions are using soups form Dar es Salaam Industries so if you will try to invest in Soap making and make good supply will be a best deals with satisfactory market.

10. Mobile Phones stores
It’s another growing trade; mobile phones are part of life, so people are travelling long distance to find mobile phone stores. Due to the growing communication network Mobile phones should be sold nearby customers.

11. Computer Stores
As mobile phones also Computer market is growing very fast as IT development. PC users are increasing like workers and university students because much information is computerized. Computer stores should be located out of Dar es Salaam city but upcountry.

12. Full commercial Agriculture
Commercial agriculture is very productive but it needs big capital and tolerance because it takes a long time produce. But its market is high for at every agricultural product

13. Candle making machines
Even if you have a single room you can make it as factory because candle making machines are simple and occupy small area. It’s simple to make candles in Tanzania as we have bee keeping industry and machines mix it with simple skills.

14. Chalk making Machines
Chalks are in high demand in schools. Chalk materials are available in Mbeya and chalk making machines can be purchased from India South Africa with price less than 8,000,000/=. Effort needed after establishing chalk factory is strong supply, promotion and advertisement so that because in Mbeya region chalks are purchased from Singida and Dar ES Salaam, also Kenya, China and India.


15. Whiteboard making
Whiteboard making will be new innovation since nowadays are used for universities. But whiteboards demand is for all students, teachers and instructors for all levels of education. To establish it is to take risk on promoting the use of whiteboards and influencing government policy on the use of whiteboards. Whiteboard is healthily than blackboards.

As fashion cloth processing is marketable in Tanzania. Batiki, Tshirt printing, Hanger chiefs, etc

17. Hostel investment.
One of the growing demands is accommodation in Urban. Investing in hostel which will be full accommodated would be a big deal. This investment need big capital at least to build house with ten 10 room as starting point.
Hostels can be in into two categories; students’ hostels and Ordinary hostels.
